The Board of Stewardship Plans and Promotes Stewardship activities for the Congregation, they present the congregation with methods for meeting the communities need for Christ. This includes presenting new programs to meet the needs of the congregation and its members utilizing available resources within the congregation.

Activities sponsored by the Board of Stewardship: Promoting the Endowment fund, planning the 2003 Capital Funding Program for Phase Two of our building fund. Running the Annual General Fundraiser and planning the yearly budget.

SIMPLY GIVING

This is an exciting program offered by Faith Lutheran Church through Thrivent Financial for Lutherans (formally known as Aid Association for Lutherans). Simply Giving is our automatic giving program set up to enable our members to have their donations deducted from their checking or savings account. This offers not only a convenience to our members in that they  do not have to write that check, it provides a more consistent weekly offering for Faith  Lutheran Church. Ease and convenience for you and consistent income and no summer   slump for Faith.

Thrivent Financial handles the administration of these programs, with no fees to you or Faith Lutheran Church. You are able to have your contributions distributed to several ministries of your choice, which include General fund, Building, or others. You may also decide when to have the funds withdrawn, weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly on a certain date.
